ASACP Announces New Charitable Foundation

The ASACP has announced the addition of a separate 501(c)(3) charitable organization called the ASACP Foundation. Previously operating solely as a non-profit 501(c)(4) social welfare organization, any donations made to the ASACP were not tax-deductible. With the new status, anyone who wishes to make a donation to the ASACP will be classified as a charitable tax-deductible gift.
